Mindful Actions [Essence of Vita ] -
vitalingus - @ 06:42:pm
Clear and right thought can be a very challenging choice.
One must be thoughtful Of HOW one affects a situation ones
self and the other.
So resist controlling the other creating ill feeling,
thoughts and actions that hinder and hurt ones self and
the other
These types of actions may well restrict judge and BLAME
the other for ones own ill defined actions.Be discerning
about the ROLE one has in others lives
One does not need to be oppressor or victim. One does NOT
have to be an expert or even have ?feelings? of lack or
inexperience. One can be able to gather knowledge as one
goes and SHARE that knowledge particularly ......
WHEN IT AFFECTS THE OTHER/ ANOTEHR!!!
We must all be willing to practice right action and step
gently on others space and souls and resist controlling
them...
Then and only then is right action and genuine love
being PRACTICED!
Take initiative be inclusive incisive and very astute.
Take ones moments of enticement and encouragement as
clear insight into ones OWN potential.
One can have flashes of inspiration that can change
ones vision and direction in an instant if ACTED ON?.
Immense influence and the ability to open ourselves to
new opportunity are always with us. However where and
how one places ones energy is an important ingredient in
the mix?
Preparation careful consideration and planning will
always influence our course of right action?
Practice Right and Mindful action in every moment

Stolen lifes Stolen childhoods [Vita's Guests] -
vitalingus - @ 03:50:pm
Dear friends,
We've just been told that some elders from the
Kimberly the first members of Australia's aboriginal
Stolen Generations are unable to afford the trip to
Canberra for tomorrows historic apology.
www.jarlmadangah.com/
They have asked us if we can help. Be part of this
historic event, a true moment in Australia's history,
by donating what you can now to make sure they can
are able to hear the healing 'sorry' word in person:
Click on Vita's quick links for the "Getup" site
and then "Help the healing link"
Many of the Stolen Generations have already arrived
in Canberra from all over Australia for Wednesday's
Apology, GetUp members in the capital have now
established a network of over 80 billeters, so
that Aboriginal elders and other members of the
Stolen Generation have somewhere to stay while
there.
(How ironic given it is their earth their spirit)
We have the chance to have a profound impact on
the lives of people who have experienced decades
of pain and anguish.. People who deserve more
than watching the apology on TV (or not all as the
case maybe.)
Help us all with the healing process by helping
them to get to Canberra!!!!
Whether you can give $5 or $500 (it'll cost
about $1000 to get one person there). OUR
contribution will make a real difference,
Any money we raise beyond this urgent appeal,
we'll channel straight to our "Sorry is the
first step" campaign to ensure the apology
becomes the springboard to genuine Indigenous
equality as it should have ALWAYS been.
We've just booked Parliament House lawn to
help commemorate the event with a candle
ceremony. In the 60m x 80m space.
We'll spell out 6000 candles saying "Sorry,is
the first step." We're taking a film crew with
us to interview and record their stories on the
day. OUR actions are helping to make this moment
the truly nation-building one it should be;
Get involved in today to be able to tell our
children you helped make reconciliation a reality.
Thanks for being part of this,
The GetUp team
For all the children who have had their childhood
undermined and taken from them....

Outside influences and a loving pace [Vita's LifeStyle ] -
vitalingus - @ 06:01:pm
Perceived outside influences tend, to encourage
us to move faster than we often need to. It is
always valuable to SLOW things down to a pace
which allows genuine choices to be made based
on real needs and desires.
We must not always rush our actions, decisions
or activities or act in haste. We must live and
act in a sustainable manner that incorporates our
whole BE/ING and the world we wish to sustain....
www.slf.org.au/festival/
There are always incredible things going on in
our life right now! We can tend to overlook the
simpler things and interesting people that are
within our reach. We must sustain those we love
and not over look them in the pursuit of external
or even temporary pleasures?
We must all remember to take exquisite moments to
spend time with those we love to enhance our being.
There is plenty of time to when we MAKE TIME. This
allows us to do whatever we needs and to genuinely
experience our truest dreams that sustain us...
Our mental and spiritual health is enhanced when
we reach back into our memory and beliefs to revalue
re examine what blocks our progress. When we pull
out our bigger self our BEST "pearls of wisdom'
appear before us.
We are then set free to move forward. Self-denial
and self-disdain are simply ways to deny the self
what one truly wants and needs. It is best practice
to let go of old habits and old emotions that hinder
ones most productive self.
That is our moment to make a difference in our life's.
Great actions and movements like the SLF are very very
sustainable. One can re write the script to encompass
new learning and new ways of loving our world.
