WHEN WE CARE FOR THE SOUL AND THE LIVES OF OTHERS
Unassuming compassionate natures are the gift in the “state of human affairs”. A gift from our genuine self our soul knowing. An unassuming nature is rewarded with mutual respect and love when one is acting from the place in ones heart and the place of best intentions for ALL.
It is the way of nature to fill the empty cup to nurture and cherish the other, as we would wish TO BE nurtured and cherished. Regardless of one’s so-called position in the world, humility is a positive and extremely powerful attribute WORTH EMBRACING.
If we act from our highest and most enlightened caring thoughtful SELF and remain humble, people are-drawn to us and the causes we espouse and evolve. Genuine humility is a valuable virtue to which we can all aspire and act upon if we find it in ourselves.
The most thriving SATISFIED/ happiest people are those who HAVE THE ABILITY AND BEST INTENTIONS to bring each situation into balance, ADD VALUE and empower all those involved.
Satisfied humble happy egoless people empower by dispelling power plays and conflict by adding honest dialogue CREATE clear boundaries and honour the other in the process, which in turns empowers the whole. Such people DO NOT crave power, OR CONTROL but balanced and stable relationships that move the world forward.
Humility is the virtue in ALL of US that is the source of the balancing power and gentle inclusive co-operation. Humble people are not prey to the many patriarchal illusions that grow out of self-importance. A humble person has humanity empathy compassion the ability to value and embrace the others needs and the ability to care enough to do so.
We need somebody who’s got the heart, the empathy, to recognize what it’s like to be a young teenage mom, the empathy to understand what it’s like to be poor or African-American or gay or disabled or old – and that’s the criterion by which I’ll be selecting my judges. Barack Obama
