Taking peoples personal agency is NOT meaningful in any circumstance be it in ones personal world or old school work environments.. It is Gross Universal Destruction (GUD) This behavior is shaped under the guise of ”managing those deemed unable to govern their own being.
The idea of managing ‘being helpful and saving people from the enemy is so flawed, when the behavior IS SIMPLY CONSCIOUS BIAS ‘ .. One can see the consequence “STATE SIDE’ RIGHT NOW!! As Abraham Lincoln said “America will be destroyed from within not from without” Currently it could be said it does appear that is the case currently State Side
It is in fact when the savior becomes the BULLY NOT HELPFUL AND A VERY misused belief system that just adds to the problem..These ways of being are NOT productive and NEVER creates real outcomes that benefit any of us. Our job is to love who we are love fully and love who we all become. War is not helpful. In fact completely unnecessary for the future of HUMANITY… There is no them then is only US!

REDUNDANT ROLES IN THE 3RD DECADE OF THE WOMEN’S CENTURY
Hierarchical notions of senior management, middle management, junior staff, the tea lady prey tell. Fascinating yet galling it was an ‘experiment” apparently to “make ‘workplaces more efficient” all in support of the war effort.” Then of course there were the women sent to care for the wounded and ‘entertain the troops.. Oh the irony of that in the third decade of the women’s century. We must ask how efficient is war and why would we need to send women to ‘entertain people being ‘positioned to fight in ‘man made wars? Seriously bad career roles all round for men and women … As our dearest Yoko says “War is Over if we choose it to BE”
