“BARE FOOT AND ELEGANT” A QUESTION AND
ANSWER SESSION WITH ROCHELLE STONE
1. Who is Vita?
Lis K is the absolute creator and author of
Muse of Goddess” The Essential Vita”.
Vita is a well-known Goddess who lives and breathes
the joy of conquering all Vita/ Life’s Mountains. This a
unique website focused on promoting and creating new futures
with and for Ethical Sustainable business.
2. What?
My column now spans two decades. An inspired look at
“Vita’s” world, attitudes to love, spiritual matters,
ethical, sustainable business, world politics and the
less examined issues of life in the 21st century.
“Vita’s a well-known Goddess unique alert vital very well
informed and takes no nonsense. Indeed Passion Mission
Business”. Committed to Enterprise Development in very
now ethical sustainable business”.
3. Where?
I live between two of the livable cities in the World:
New York and the East coast of Australia.
4. What is your greatest indulgence?
Having just spoken with those that truly love genuinely appreciate and understand me agree- “Life/Vita is always our greatest indulgence. Indeed, there is always homemade fig orange and pistachio ice cream, New York and good champagne
to add some exotic sweetness to the mix. Yet there is so much more to indulge in if one is a glutton for love…
5. What is your favorite cocktail?

6. What book changed your life?
So many books have influenced me, over my lifetime.However, for what interests me currently, I will say are “Alice through the Looking Glass” and Original self by Thomas Moore”Both these books are Spiritual Classics and International Best sellers.”
7. Tell us a bit about you and your background?
I have worked in innovative small business programs such as
NEIS and LEDI (Local Enterprise Initiative Scheme in the 90’s),
Events management a freelance writer in ‘old media” and as an
enterprise development consultant. I am very passionate about
innovation, visionaries, and the future of social media as a
marketing tool in the 21st century.
8. What inspired you to start your own business?
Freedom to build and create ones own future!
9. What difference has being in business for yourself made in
your life?
It is all-thrilling and continues to be
10. What have been your biggest turning points in life?
Knowing one can live the dream and create genuine difference
in the world.
11. How did you manage these moments so that they shaped you
rather than break you?
Tenacity and a total belief in the work I create and the people
I have met and gathered.
12. What is your greatest piece of advice that you would give
others in business?
Be focused, vigilant continue to evolve. Be brave, be bold, be
willing to share knowledge, be confident. Let go of what does
not work, be ego less and allow one’s business/ passion to come
through one.
Attract what you wish to become. Be open, be helpful, and gather
clients, colleagues and customers that support one’s vision.
13. What have you found to be the most effective way to promote
your business?
Being clear on how, who and where one puts one’s energy.
14. What has been your greatest success to date in life and
business?
Attracting the clients and people I have chosen to promote and
do promote on “Vita” …Valuing my work exploring new frontiers,
evolving my skills and knowledge… Loving others, as I would
be loved. Collaborating with like-minded innovators strengthens
everyone’s goals! I find this best practice as it increases the
effectiveness and benefits the whole…
15. What one piece of advice would you share with your younger
self?
Believe in what one can create and find the right people that will walk
on the mountains with you.
16. What is next?
New York is next and the world! Encourage more sustainable, ethical
business to see the value and vast opportunities in working on line
with a carbon free footprint.
