“”SOME HAVE SAID VITA IS A BANQUET OF DELIGHTS”
Rumor has it Vita’s product range is on its way..
Serious contemplation and lengthy discussion is
being had on the revaluing and reinventing the
Merkin and taking a closer look through the Snood
as opposed to the looking glass…
(A worthy quote by ‘Moi” revisited from an earlier
article from October 2011! That can be found in
NEW YORK SIGHTINGS OF VITA
Where is she they cry!! “We want to eat and see love made
visible from Vita’s Banquet!!” Mmm and summer in New York
is the place to party picnic and claim ones independence…
INDEPENDENCE DAY AND PICNICS IN THE PARK
Some have said Vita has been seen elegantly stepping out
and through Union Square, selecting well considered local
condiments from the lovely people “Ricks Picks” to spread
over scrumptious fresh Bagels from her favorite Egyptian
“Raph’s on third!
Those in the know are well aware, what joy it brings to
“Vita” to see the fresh organic produce at the organic
food market at Union Square! MMM often times it leaves
one squealing with sheer bliss!
Mmm must catch with my people, contemplating a Bulgarian
picnic feast with the evolutionary OWS crew what a splendid
and delightful idea! A must do during “Picnic Month”
Here is one of my favorite’s salads from Bulgaria
3 Aubergines (eggplants)
4 Capsicums, (Sweet peppers)
1 Cucumber, diced
4 Tomatoes, sliced
Spring Onion and radish jut to give it a new spin!
1 heaped tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
1 heaped tbsp finely chopped Walnuts
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 tbsp Plum Wine Vinegar
3 tbsp of Olive Oil or Rice Bran Oil
Season to taste
Serve with fresh Bagels, iced pomegranate
tea or iced coconut water!
SERVING FOOD TO EVOLUTIONARIES
Keep in mind this Salad can be doubled or tripled if
one truly wants to feed the masses and spread the love
while holding ones ground in Union Square loved ones!
Do not eat at a multinational nearby, bring your own!
So where ever one is this summer eat well be real be
organic be sustainable. But mostly love the other as
one would wish to be loved….
don’t ask what love has offered too one ask what one
has offered with genuine love and genuine respect!
